Based on a test that identifies the anaerobic threshold, three distinct training phases are produced: preparation, development and transition, with specific variations in cadence and power in order to improve all the qualities that makes you a better cyclist on the road.

Technogym introduces MYCYCLING, the new solution to train at home with a dedicated App and a training program designed to improve your indoor and outdoor performance. Developed for all amateurs and professionals (road, MTB, triathlon), MYCYCLING is stable and easy to be moved.
Main features of MYCYCLING
-presents the TNT program consisting of 18 weeks divided into three phases: preparation, development and transition. Every phase is made by 6 blocks of three sessions each.

Before starting the program and at the end of each phase the system suggests you to take a new test to evaluate your progress and set the loads of the new phase. Training loads are based on your threshold value.
